Scanning / Indexing Services
The package of electronic archiving services we offer involves:
- Analysis of the client’s physical archive;
- Capture documents, regardless of format and optimize images after capture;
- Indexing documents by keywords, defined in collaboration with the client;
- Indexing documents by the content of the entire document;
- Secure storage of the physical archive during the archiving process.
For the Bucharest location we can scan at the client’s location or we can pick up the documentation to scan it at the company’s headquarters.
For any other county we offer 2 options: we can scan at the client’s location but an additional cost will be charged or we can pick up the documentation to scan it at the company’s headquarters in Bucharest.
