The fire safety authorization is an administrative act issued by the County Emergency Situations Inspectorate or Bucharest-Ilfov. This document is intended to certify that a construction, technical installation or other arrangement meets the fire safety requirement. The certification is obtained following field verifications and following verifications of the documents regarding the implementation of fire protection measures.

What is a fire safety notice?
The fire safety permit is an act issued by the County Emergency Inspectorate or Bucharest-Iflov. This document is intended to certify that a building, installation or other arrangement meets the fire safety requirement. The document is obtained after verifying compliance with the provisions of the technical regulations in force of fire protection measures, adopted in the technical design documentation.
The deadline for issuing the approval is a maximum of 15 days.
What categories of constructions and arrangements are subject to fire safety approval and authorization?
According to HGR 571/2016, the following buildings are subject to authorization and approval:
- agro-zootechnical or agro-industrial is> 600sqm;
- storage of transportable gas cylinders;
- categories of exceptional and special importance;
- tall or very tall;
- crowded rooms;
- collective housing, new or existing, with more than four above-ground levels;
- for headquarters of the authorities> 600sqm;
- places of worship and related accommodation, accessible to the public> 200sqm;
The following categories of buildings or spaces arranged in buildings intended for:
- trade, with the developed area greater than or equal to 600 sqm, or if the space is arranged;
- collective residential buildings, with a developed area greater than or equal to 200 sqm;
- public catering, with the developed area greater than or equal to 200 sqm;
- offices, fine
- health care, with continuous hospitalization, regardless of the surface, or dispensaries and polyclinics,
- with the developed area greater than or equal to 600 sqm;
- education, supervision, care or accommodation / accommodation of preschool children, pupils,
- students, the elderly, people with disabilities or homelessness, with a developed area greater than or equal to 150 sqm;
- railway station, bus station and airport, with the developed area greater than or equal to 600 sqm, as well as stations
- by subway, regardless of the area;
- culture, with the developed area greater than or equal to 600 sqm;
- parking, with over 10 cars;
- leisure center, with indoor swimming pools, relaxation and body maintenance services, with massage, hydromassage, wraps, herbal baths, dry sauna, chromo-aromo-therapy and bath cabins, squash courts, aerobics rooms, fitness, billiards, table tennis and mechanical football, tennis, mini-football and soccer fields with related locker rooms and the like, with an area greater than or equal to 600 sqm, or if the space is arranged in collective residential buildings, with an area greater than or equal to 200 sqm ;
- tourist reception, with more than 8 rooms and / or 16 places, for accommodation of the type: hotels,
- hotels-apartments, motels, hostels, mini-hotels, tourist villas, bungalows, tourist chalets,
- hunting, fishing, holiday villages, tourist stops, camping cottages, tourist pensions
- urban and rural areas, including on-site food establishments;
- production or storage, with a developed area greater than or equal to 600 sqm, or if it is spatially arranged in collective residential buildings, with a developed area greater than or equal to 200 sqm.
Underground civil buildings or public spaces arranged in the basement, semi-basement, in the attic, or on the terrace type roof of civil buildings, with a developed area greater than or equal to 100 sqm, but also the following constructions, systems and installations for:
- public fuel distribution stations for motor vehicles with a storage capacity of
- maximum 300 m3 for oil liquids or mixed stations;
- compressed natural gas storage and distribution stations used as fuel for
- vehicles (GNCV);
- water supply for fire extinguishing at industrial platforms and parks;
- new works and modification of extinguishing, detection, signaling and alarm installations at
- fire on existing buildings covered by this decision.
- liquefied petroleum gas distribution systems for motor vehicles with a storage capacity of
- maximum 30 m3 water equivalent, which are not located in mixed stations;
- transportable fuel distribution stations for motor vehicles with a capacity of
- storage / storage of maximum 30 m3;
- supply of consumers with liquefied petroleum gases stored in tanks / fixed containers with
- individual capacity not exceeding 5,000 I or groups of tanks / fixed containers with
- total capacity of maximum 30,000 I volume of water related to laboratories-sanitary, school and
- others such as buildings with production activities and technological flows,
- central and local heating installations for the preparation of hot water and food;
- points of sale of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders to consumers with the capacity of
- storage / storage of minimum 250 kg LPG and maximum 1,250 kg LPG;
- water supply for extinguishing fires in localities.
Sports constructions or facilities, with a capacity greater than or equal to 200 seats in the indoor area or greater than or equal to 1,000 outdoor seats, as well as temporary outdoor buildings or facilities, shall also be subject to approval. shows or meetings, with a capacity greater than or equal to 200 seats, or having a commercial destination, with the developed area / surface greater than or equal to 2,500 sqm.
